This is a fantasy or novelty item, not a genuine issue of the United States government. The U.S. has not produced Silver Certificates since the series ended in 1963–1964, when the Treasury suspended redemption and Congress authorized their replacement with Federal Reserve Notes. No American currency has been printed in Luzern, Switzerland, under any circumstances.
