| Reverse description | Central field displays the crowned royal arms of the Kingdom of Greece, identical in composition to the obverse: a quartered shield bearing the Greek cross, enveloped by an ermine-lined royal mantle and surmounted by the royal crown. A decorative scroll beneath carries the motto ΙΣΧΥΣ ΜΟΥ Η ΑΓΑΠΗ ΤΟΥ ΛΑΟΥ, with the badge of the Order of the Redeemer pendant below. The legend ΒΑΣΙΛΕΙΟΝ ΤΗΣ ΕΛΛΑΔΟΣ arcs along the upper periphery within a beaded border, and the denomination 2 ΔΡΑΧΜΑΙ is inscribed prominently in the lower field. Small circular stops appear at either side of the lower field, flanking the denomination. |
