| 备注 |
Südmark was a pan-German cultural organization founded in 1889 to resist Slavic encroachment in Styria and Carinthia — not a bank, not a government body. Its notgeld issues were explicitly political objects, used as fundraising instruments and nationalist propaganda simultaneously. The fact that a named designer, E. Schulz, was credited at all suggests these were treated as collectibles from the outset rather than emergency currency pressed into reluctant daily use.
Graz was Südmark's headquarters. The organization survived into the interwar period, eventually absorbed into the broader Austrian Nazi movement.
