Obverse description Central device comprising two conjoined oval shields, the left bearing a facing aurochs head (emblem of Moldavia) and the right depicting an eagle displayed with a crescent and star above (emblem of Wallachia), both surmounted by a large Imperial crown. A horizontal line separates the shields from the date in the exergue. The Cyrillic legend arcs along the upper periphery, and the coin rim is encircled by a pronounced milled border.

Reverse description The denomination is displayed in three lines within a square frame bordered by a twisted rope pattern: the numeral '2' at top, followed by 'ПАРА' on the second line, separated from the third line '3 КОПѢЕКЪ' by a horizontal rule. The field within the frame is plain, and the area between the rope border and the milled coin rim is left flat.
