JÚLIUS HÓ 15-ÉN, flanked by three manuscript signatures with their respective titles; to the left, a decorative foliate column incorporates the numeral 2, surmounted by the Hungarian coat of arms in light olive at the far left margin. A bold anti-counterfeiting legend runs along the lower border. |
