正面描述	The state arms of the Democratic Republic of Vietnam — a gold star on red field within a circular wreath — is centered against a radiating sunburst guilloche pattern that fills the note. The denomination numeral '2' appears in the left and right margins within ornamental frames, and a decorative floral border frames the entire composition. The value inscription 'HAI XU' is displayed in a rectangular cartouche at the base, below the arms.
