备注	The Cebu Currency Committee was one of several provincial emergency bodies that issued guerrilla currency in the Philippines following the Japanese invasion in late 1941. These local emission authorities operated under severe material constraints — commercial paper, rubber stamps, and whatever printing resources remained available after the fall of Corregidor. P-S213 belongs to a series that was produced and circulated almost entirely outside Japanese-controlled zones. Survival rates vary sharply depending on how close a given community came to Japanese occupation, since holders frequently destroyed notes to avoid reprisals.
