| 正面描述 | This provisional note is a modified host 1 Peso banknote with a portrait vignette of José G. Artigas at left, the issuer name across the top, and the original face value suppressed by three parallel horizontal black overprint bars across the denomination area and text. The four corners, originally bearing the numeral '1', have been physically cut away to obliterate the original face value, and a new denomination 'VEINTE CENTÉSIMOS' is overprinted below the cancelled value. Red or black serial numbers appear at upper right and lower left, with the series designation in black. |
