Shire Post Mint produced this piece as part of their licensed Mistborn coinage series based on Brandon Sanderson's secondary-world fiction, where clips are the smallest denomination of the Scadrian monetary system. Breeze, one of the central characters in the Era 2 novels, was a Soother — a Misting capable of manipulating emotions — which makes his association with a currency piece a deliberate authorial joke that Sanderson has acknowledged in public Q&A sessions.
