正面描述	The obverse is executed in dark brown and salmon tones, with an elaborate guilloche framework forming the central field. The word BANKNOTE appears in a cartouche at the top centre, below which the denomination ZWANZIG DEUTSCHE MARK is rendered in bold letterpress text, followed by the issuing authority text and date BERLIN 1955. A large guilloched numeral 20 vignette occupies the right panel, while a smaller guilloched rosette numeral 20 appears at lower left; the serial number is printed in red at upper left.
