| 备注 |
This note belongs to the Scenes of Canada series, which replaced the long-running Multicolour series beginning in 1969. The Bank of Canada split production between BABN and CBN throughout this series — both Ottawa-based firms — resulting in notes that are nominally identical but carry distinguishable printer signatures, a minor but persistent point of interest for specialists assembling complete printer variants.
Gundersen's engraving work for the Bank of Canada spanned several decades and multiple series. His name appears in the margins of numerous Canadian notes from this period, though the underlying plate designs were developed in close collaboration with the printing firms rather than as independent artistic commissions.
The BC-50 designation covers both printer versions under one Pick number, P#89.
