This is not a legal tender banknote issued by any arm of the United States government. The "F-14 Tomcat" series is a privately produced novelty item, designed by Yuri Minkin and printed on polymer stock, marketed to collectors and military enthusiasts rather than circulated as currency. The Federal Reserve has never authorized a $20 denomination on polymer, and no U.S. currency has ever been produced in this format.
Minkin produced several designs in this vein during the 2010s, trading on the visual language of official currency without meeting any legal definition of it. Worth cataloging only as a modern exonumia item.
