| Obverse description | Central field features a faithful reproduction of an Ottoman tughra or imperial seal of Sultan Ibrahim I, rendered in stylized Arabic calligraphy within a circular cartouche with a raised border imitating the worn relief of a historical coin. The Arabic script inscription fills the interior of the design in flowing Ottoman calligraphic style. The surrounding legend reads 'TÜRKİYE CUMHURİYETİ' to the left and 'REPUBLIC OF TÜRKİYE' to the right, separated at the top by the Turkish crescent and star emblem. The denomination '20 Türk Lirası' appears at the bottom left of the outer legend, with the year '2024' at the bottom right, accompanied by the mint mark of the Turkish State Mint. |
