Mujand LLC occupies an unusual niche: a private company that both issues and prints its own denominated notes, with no central bank, no sovereign authority, and no legal tender framework behind them. The "Banco Nacional da Lumentina" exists only as a name on the face of this note — there is no such institution on record outside of Mujand's own product literature. These are fantasy or novelty issues, produced on polymer substrate to lend a surface credibility that the underlying issuing structure does not support.
