| 正面描述 | A large intaglio-printed numeral '20' dominates the centre against a guilloche underprint in warm amber and gold tones, with a vignette of the Rumyantsev-Paskevich Palace in Homiel rendered in fine line engraving to the right. The issuer inscription runs along the top margin in Belarusian Cyrillic, and the denomination legend 'ДВАЦЦАЦЬ РУБЛЁЎ' appears in bold letterpress at the foot of the note, with the palace caption printed below the architectural vignette. |

| 备注 |
This note belongs to the 2009-dated series that Belarus reissued with a 2016 denomination reform, collapsing 10,000 old roubles into 1 new rouble — a redenomination that reflected two decades of chronic inflation following independence. The 20-rouble face value would have been unthinkable in the early 1990s Belarusian monetary system.
Goznak's involvement is unsurprising; Belarus has relied on the Moscow facility for much of its banknote production since the Soviet successor state began issuing its own currency in 1992, a dependency that carries obvious political freight given the two countries' relationship.
