The issuer's name in Cyrillic lettering occupies the upper portion, while the denomination numerals '20' flank the word 'ШАГІВ' along the lower margin. The note, printed in brown on thin card stock with perforated edges in the manner of a postage stamp, is devoid of any serial numbering.

背面描述	The Ukrainian trident state arms are positioned at upper centre within a plain rectangular border frame. Below the arms, a four-line Cyrillic inscription in clear letterpress type states the note's legal tender equivalence to metallic coinage. The reverse is printed in brown on the same plain card stock and, like the obverse, has perforated edges consistent with the stamp-money format.
