Obverse description The National Coat of Arms of Kazakhstan occupies the central field, featuring two mythical winged horses (tulpars) flanking a radiant sun above a traditional ornamental shield, with crossed implements below. The Cyrillic legend ҚАЗАҚСТАН · РЕСПУБЛИКАСЫ curves along the upper periphery outside the circle, while the date 1993 appears in the lower exergue, flanked by dots.
