The denomination 'DOSCIENTOS PESOS MONEDA CORRIENTE' is set in bold letterpress across the centre, with the date 'MAYO 25 DE 1858' at upper left and a manuscript serial number at upper right. Lateral borders incorporate repeated circular vignettes of a three-masted sailing vessel within guilloche panels, with the word 'DOSCIENTOS' at top and bottom and '200' at each corner. |
