背面描述 A high-relief right-facing bust of Nefertiti dominates the field, rendered after the famous painted limestone bust, wearing her characteristic tall flat-topped blue crown and broad usekh collar necklace. A hieroglyphic cartouche is depicted to the left of the bust, and a horizontal band of Egyptian hieroglyphic inscriptions extends across the middle field behind the portrait. The legend NEFERTITI arcs across the upper field with the specification 5 OZ 9999 FINE GOLD to the right, and the inscription THE BEAUTIFUL ONE HAS COME curves along the lower rim. The entire design is framed by a fine dentillated inner border.

附加信息

This piece belongs to a wave of African nation-issued bullion and collector gold that proliferated in the 2010s, where sovereign minting rights held by countries like Chad — whose actual currency is managed by the Banque des États de l'Afrique Centrale — were licensed to European private minting houses, principally in Germany and Austria, with the issuing country receiving a fee and the coins sold directly to international collectors rather than ever circulating in Africa. The Nefertiti subject has no historical connection to Chad whatsoever; the bust belongs to 18th Dynasty Egypt and has been housed in Berlin's Neues Museum since 1913.

The 155.5g fine gold specification corresponds to a standard 5-troy-ounce planchet.
