| Obverse description | Central field depicts a detailed frontal view of Pha That Luang (Great Stupa), the national symbol of Laos, rendered in high relief against a dark-toned background. The stupa's central spire rises prominently above a series of smaller surrounding towers and a walled enclosure with a gateway arch at its base. The legend BANK OF THE LAO PDR curves along the upper portion of the coin in large raised Latin letters. To the left, the metallic composition mark AG 925 appears vertically in the field, while the denomination 25000 KIP and the date 2024, flanked by decorative dots, are inscribed along the lower rim. A small Moscow Mint hallmark is visible in the right field. |
