Beschrijving voorzijde	The obverse features the national emblem of Mongolia — the Soyombo symbol surmounted by a flame finial — displayed within an ornate arch at the centre of the field. Below the emblem, the inscription 'Монгол Банк' (Bank of Mongolia) is rendered in stylised Cyrillic script. Flanking the central device are two vertical Mongolian script legends. The denomination '25000' appears in large numerals beneath the arch, followed by the word 'TUGRIG', with the lower arc of the coin bearing the legend 'MONGOLIA 1/2 OZ 9999 GOLD 1996' in Latin characters. The design is framed by a reeded border.
