| Descrizione del dritto | The right half of the note is dominated by a large intaglio vignette of a hawk's head in close-up profile, rendered in fine engraved detail in blue and gold tones against a light guilloche underprint with gold stars. A hawk in full flight is shown in the centre field, also executed in intaglio. To the left, a vertical band in pale blue carries fine line guilloche work, below which appear a coloured traditional Abkhazian ornamental motif, the state arms of Abkhazia, a facsimile signature with the inscription АБАНК АХАДА and the year 2023, and a sailing vessel vignette in red-brown and blue. The denomination 25 ҦСАР appears at upper left and the numeral 25 at lower right, with АҦСНЫ АБАНК printed vertically along the central dividing band. |

Abkhazia's apsar exists in a peculiar monetary limbo — the territory issues its own banknotes but operates almost entirely on the Russian ruble in daily commerce. The apsar is non-convertible and not accepted as payment anywhere in any practical sense, which makes these notes collector items from the moment of printing rather than functional currency. Goznak's Moscow facility has handled the series throughout, giving the notes a production quality that far exceeds their monetary utility.
The QR code security feature is an unusual choice for a note with essentially no circulation — it suggests the Bank of Abkhazia is at minimum performing the vocabulary of modern currency design.
