To the left, a detailed vignette depicts three laborers mining or working the earth, rendered in fine engraved line work. The lower portion carries the place and date of issue "TEGUCIGALPA, 1889" alongside a manuscript serial number, with signature lines for El Presidente and the Director, and a panel at lower left stating the note's legal tender status across all offices of the Republic. |
