| Obverse description | The obverse is dominated by a large central guilloche-patterned green rectangle bearing the bold numeral '25' above the denomination lettering 'PFENNIG'. A red handstamped serial number appears vertically along the left margin, with vertical text panels on both sides carrying validity and issuance notices. The lower panel carries the issuer inscription in two lines, the date '1.
