The upper portion carries the branch and bank name in bold letterpress, below which appears the special government treasury account designation, series, number, and denomination of 25 Roubles; the date 'Эривань, Августъ 1919 г.' is printed in the central field. A text block states that the bearer is entitled to receive twenty-five roubles from the Erivan Branch of the State Bank, with two manuscript signatures of the Minister-Chairman and the Managing Minister of Finance at the bottom, above a legal tender declaration. |
