Reverse description The central vignette presents a horizontal frieze reproducing the bas-relief from the Freedom Monument (Nasb al-Hurriya) in Baghdad, rendered in dark intaglio against a light guilloche background, with stylised human figures in silhouette illustrating the Iraqi people's struggle for liberation. A large underprint numeral "250" with the word "DINARS" is placed to the left, while guilloche rosettes carrying the denomination figure appear in the lower corners. The English inscription "Central Bank of Iraq" runs across the top dark banner, and "Two Hundred Fifty Dinars" is lettered across the lower margin.
