A circular green vignette at upper centre bears the numeral '3' and 'DOLLARS', flanked by two further circular medallions with Mongolian script. A pink rectangular panel to the left and a blue rectangular panel to the right each contain multi-line inscriptions. A serial number appears at upper left, and a decorative scrollwork cartouche at the base carries an additional Mongolian legend. |

| Beschrijving keerzijde | The reverse is printed in multicolour on a warm cream ground, with an elaborate floral and foliate scrollwork design in pink, blue, green, and gold filling the entire field. A large central circular guilloche medallion with a four-pointed star motif is surrounded by ornate arabesque vines. Four circular corner medallions each bear the numeral '3' or 'DOLLARS' in green, and two smaller circular Mongolian script vignettes flank the central medallion. The denomination 'THREE DOLLARS' appears in letterpress at the lower centre within the decorative underprint. |
