| Obverse description | Central vignette of crossed sheaves of wheat and agricultural implements, including a gear wheel, framed by a semicircular arch with radiating sunburst motif, all rendered in green intaglio on a fine guilloche underprint. The denomination numeral "3" appears in ornate panels at left and right, with decorative foliate borders framing the entire face. The inscription "EESTI VABARIIGI KASSATÄHT" arches across the upper portion, with the year 1919 at the bottom centre and a serial number below the central vignette. |
