Obverse description Central field dominated by a stylized spoked wheel (dhammachakka or Wheel of the Law), rendered in low relief with six spokes radiating from a raised central pellet to a plain circular rim. The spokes are boldly incuse against the darkened field, giving the design a strong geometric character consistent with early Mon coinage of the Sudhammapura (Thaton) tradition. The flan is irregular and slightly ragged at the edges, characteristic of hand-hammered production. No legend or inscription is present on this face.
