The spokes are boldly incuse against the darkened field, giving the design a strong geometric character consistent with early Mon coinage of the Sudhammapura (Thaton) tradition. The flan is irregular and slightly ragged at the edges, characteristic of hand-hammered production. No legend or inscription is present on this face. |
