Greece's monetary situation in the early 1960s was complicated by post-civil-war economic recovery and the political instability that would culminate in the 1967 junta — reforms with long time horizons rarely survived the period intact.
KM#Pn78 is documented but genuinely scarce in the numismatic record, with confirmed survivors numbering in the single digits.
