| Obverse description | Intricate frame of guilloche patterns and stylized foliate ornaments surrounds the face, with a large central rose window motif dominating the design. Four oval vignettes in the corners illustrate scenes from Suriname's local economy. The denomination "300" appears four times within circular rosettes at the cardinal points, accompanied by dual manuscript signatures of the Director and the Director-President (Voorzitter) in black ink; examples are known perforated "WAARDELOOS" diagonally twice. |
