The main body carries a lengthy Dutch-language legal text issued by the Hollandsche Indische Gouvernement, pledging repayment against the revenues of the Probolingo regency, followed by a full parallel text in Malay-Arabic (Jawi) script occupying the lower half. The note is dated "Batavia den 3den van Wintermaand 1810" and bears a circular black handstamp monogram at lower left reading "N / 1810", alongside the red letterpress legend "GEZIEN" and multiple manuscript signatures. |
