These notes were produced as novelty or souvenir issues, almost certainly printed outside the continent, and circulated only among collectors and gift buyers. The "Series A; Autumn" designation suggests a themed set built around seasons, which is an odd conceit for a landmass where seasonal variation means months of continuous darkness or continuous daylight rather than anything resembling a temperate autumn.
