Opmerkingen

The Bahrain Monetary Agency's third series, introduced from 1993, replaced the second series that had circulated since 1973 — the year the BMA itself was established following Bahrain's full independence from British monetary arrangements. Thomas De La Rue produced all denominations in the series, a relationship with Bahrain that stretched back to the earliest issues.

Pick 14 is among the more commonly encountered survivors of the series, having circulated heavily before the BMA was restructured into the Central Bank of Bahrain in 2006.
