| 备注 |
British Honduras issued remarkably few note denominations in the 1890s, and the 5 Dollar sat at the top of everyday transactional currency in a colony whose economy ran heavily on timber and chicle extraction. De La Rue had already established itself as the dominant supplier to British colonial administrations worldwide by this point, and the Honduras contract was one of dozens handled through their London works during this decade.
Pick 3 is genuinely scarce. The colony's small population, limited banking infrastructure, and the note's high face value all suppressed circulation numbers. Survivors in any condition are rarely offered.
