There is no legitimate United States government issue matching this description. The Bureau of Engraving and Printing holds sole authority to produce U.S. currency, and no Silver Certificate series has been issued since the early 1960s — the last 5 Dollar Silver Certificates were withdrawn following the Treasury's suspension of silver redemption in 1964. A note dated 2024, printed in Luzern by a commercial firm, is not an authorized currency instrument regardless of how it is labeled.
