Opmerkingen

The Reserve Bank of Australia has periodically produced practice notes — sometimes called "specimen" or "teller training" notes — for use in staff training programs, allowing new employees to handle paper resembling genuine currency without putting real notes at risk of loss or damage. These are not legal tender and were never intended for circulation, but they do occasionally surface in collections.

Bruce Stewart's engraver credit is worth noting; his work appears across multiple RBA issues of the period.
