Siberia has never been an independent issuing authority, and no sanctioned "Siberian euro cent" pattern exists in any recognized numismatic authority's records. This piece almost certainly originates from the cottage industry of fantasy coins produced in the early 2000s, when dozens of unofficial "pattern" and "essai" pieces were struck for regions, breakaway territories, and autonomies that had no monetary authority whatsoever — marketed to collectors as curiosities rather than genuine preparatory coinage.
Without a confirmed issuing mint or authenticated provenance, catalog it as a fantasy piece, not a pattern.
