| 备注 |
De Curaçaosche Bank had been the sole currency authority for the Dutch Caribbean territories since 1828, but the 1948 series marked the first postwar reissue following years of wartime disruption to transatlantic shipping that had complicated the movement of printed notes between Haarlem and the islands. Enschedé, printing currency from their Haarlem facility since the early eighteenth century, produced this note under the same arrangements that served the bank through the 1930s.
Pick 29 is one of the last issues before the Netherlands Antilles Monetary Union restructuring pushed toward a unified currency framework for the constituent islands, making the Curaçaosche Bank's autonomous issuing role progressively narrower through the early 1950s.
