Obverse description Right-facing crowned bust of King Henry (Henricus) of Hungary, depicted in a medieval stylized portrait with long flowing hair, moustache, and ornate crown with floral finials. The king wears a draped garment with decorative chainmail or collar detail visible at the truncation. The effigy is rendered in high relief against a mirror-polished proof field. The circumferential legend reads '+ HENRICUS DEI GRATIA REX HUNGARIAE' in raised Latin lettering, bordered by an inner beaded rim.
