To the right, the Moldovan state coat of arms — an eagle bearing a shield charged with the aurochs head — is rendered within an elliptical guilloche vignette. The denomination 'CINCI LEI' appears in large bold lettering across the lower right, with the numeral '5' repeated at the upper left and lower right corners, and the Governor's facsimile signature with the title 'GUVERNATOR' printed in the centre.
