| Obverse description | The obverse is dominated by a large central vignette of the Polish White Eagle on a crimson oval shield, crowned and set within an elaborate baroque cartouche with foliate scrollwork. The denomination numeral '5' appears in ornate guilloche rosettes at upper left and upper right, with the legend 'MAREK POLSKICH' across the top. Text columns flanking the eagle carry official declarations in Polish, with two manuscript signatures and the date 'dn. 9-go grudnia 1916 r.' below the left-hand text block, and a small embossed stamp at lower right. |
