Banco de Kamberra is not a sovereign institution — it is a private novelty issuer based in Spain, producing fantasy notes sold as collectibles rather than legal tender. The "Numisma" denomination exists nowhere as a circulating currency. Einstein's image presents its own complication: his likeness rights have been administered by Hebrew University of Jerusalem since his death in 1955, and commercial use requires licensing, a detail not always observed by small fantasy note producers.
Franck Medina has designed numerous pieces in this genre. Dry stamp is the only listed security feature, which reflects the decorative rather than monetary purpose of the object.
