Banco de Kamberra is a private fantasy note issuer, not a sovereign central bank — "Kamberra" corresponds to no recognized state or territory. These pieces are produced as collectible novelty items, sometimes marketed under the framing of "artistic banknotes," and carry no monetary status anywhere.
