The large numeral '5' appears at the upper left and upper right corners, with the bank title 'BANCO DE MELIPILLA' printed in bold letterpress across the top, and the denomination 'CINCO PESOS' below the central vignette. Two coupon-style panels are attached at the left with duplicated serial number fields and the notation 'SPECIMEN' perforated and overprinted in red across the face. |
