| Obverse description | Printed in purple on a green guilloche underprint, with an intaglio vignette of Queen Nefertiti in right profile at the right, set within an ornate scalloped border. The upper centre bears Arabic text identifying the issuing authority within a decorative cartouche, with the denomination in Arabic script at centre and serial numbers in both Arabic and Western numerals along the lower margin. A large oval blank area to the left accommodates the watermark, with the Minister's title and signature printed to the left of centre. |
