| Beschrijving voorzijde | The obverse features a central composition divided between a traditional Abkhazian alabasha (wooden ritual staff) and saber on the left, and a representation of the Constitution of the Republic of Abkhazia accompanied by the national coat of arms on the right. The large denomination numeral '50' and the legend 'ҦСАР' (Apsars) dominate the upper-central field, with the issuing authority legend 'АҦСНЫ АБАНК' (Bank of Abkhazia) arched along the upper rim. The fineness mark 'Au 999', the mint mark 'ММД', and the date '2008' appear in the left field. The constitutional inscription 'АҦСНЫ АҲӘЫНҬКАРРА АЗАКӘАН ХАДА' is rendered in Cyrillic script within the lower-right quadrant of the design. |
