Oecusse is not a sovereign state but an exclave of Timor-Leste, an autonomous region separated from the rest of the country by Indonesian territory. It has no independent monetary authority and issues no official currency. No verifiable record exists of a 50 Avos coin issued by or for Oecusse in 2015 — this piece is almost certainly a fantasy issue or a privately produced novelty with no legal tender status in any jurisdiction.
