| 正面描述 | Intaglio portrait vignette of Muammar Gaddafi in military cap and sunglasses occupies the left portion of the note, set against a multicolour guilloche underprint in green, gold, and brown tones. The centre carries large Arabic calligraphic inscription of the denomination 'Fifty Dinars' above the governor's facsimile signature, flanked by an ornate quatrefoil rosette. A vertical security strip with colour-shifting optical effects and repeated numeral '50' runs along the right panel, bordered by Islamic geometric lattice ornaments at the corners. |

| 备注 |
Thomas De La Rue had been printing Libyan currency since the kingdom era, and this 2008 issue continues a relationship that survived the 1969 coup, the Jamahiriya's periodic flirtations with other printers, and decades of international sanctions that at various points complicated the logistics of sending finished notes from London to Tripoli.
The P#75 series appeared during the period when Libya was actively rehabilitating itself with Western governments following the 2003 renunciation of its weapons program and the subsequent lifting of U.S. and EU sanctions — a political thaw that made routine commercial printing contracts considerably easier to execute.
